“Hinduism”, Larger communities and parts are there in Hinduism. There are large number of Gods and Goddess in Hinduism. There are two major categories spread among the Hinduism, they are “Saivam” and “Vainavam”.

The community Saivam is related with Lord Shiva. It is very difficult to determine the early history of Shaivism. Shaivism is the oldest worship of hinduism. Pashupata was the first Lord worshipped.

The community Vainavam(Vaishnavam) is related with Lord Vishnu. Two great Indian epics, the Ramayana and the Mahabharata, form an important part of Vaishnava philosophy, theology, and culture.
