Kuldhara, An Abandoned Village In Rajasthan, India
Kuldhara is a weirdest and said to be a cursed village, located at a distance of about 15 Kms from Jaisalmer city. Still most of the ruins of the village are still found. The village was abandoned in 18th century by the villagers. Following a spat between Village chief and a minister of the ruling kingdom during that period, Villagers decided to leave the city and inhabited to different parts of the state.
There are still some two storied buildings are found in the village. Now it is considered as a heritage part of Rajasthan.
How To Reach Kuldhara
Jaisalmer is a well connected by air (nearest airport Jodhpur), by road and by train. From Jaisalmer you can get cab to reach this mysterious tourist spot.
