Krishnan, a man who lived in Kil Kundha, Nilgris transformed from a normal man to saint. While he was in a deep meditation he heard an inner voice from his spiritual heart asking him to construct Lord Murugan temple in Annamalai, That moment paved way for the construction of this beautiful temple. People visiting this temple does offering to seek the blessings of him in this temple after getting the blessings of the Lord Murugan. Three Kumbabishekams has been held so far in this beautiful temple.
