all know that the coronavirus pandemic second wave has started and
the COVID-19 disease is increasing rapidly. At these hard times, it
is important for us to boost our immunity with healthy habits.

suggest that yoga can help to escalate immunity. Practicing yoga
every day helps for physical and mental well-being. In these lockdown
times, yoga can be practiced at home with the necessary to step out

Matsyasana posture also aids in stretching the muscles, opening the nasal cavity, and boosting the energy level. Staying in this posture
for 2 to 3 minutes will help in increasing immunity against
coronavirus.

a quite simple yoga posture that can be done by bending forward.
While bending forward one must try to touch the floor without
