Thiruthani / Tiruttani Murugan Temple is one of the eminent temple dedicated to lord Murugan located on the hills of Tiruttani. It is one of the six holy abodes of Lord Murgan called as "Arupadaiveedu". This temple is mentioned in the sangam period work called Thirumurugattrupadai composed by saint Nakkeerar.
