Sri Mariamman Temple was built by Tamil immigrants in late 19 th century by Indians.Temple is well known for its sculpture and architecture. The Main Diety is Uma Devi,and there are many other gods including Lord Vishnu.The temple is built by perfect Tamil culture and the Gopuram is other highlighting point in this temple.
Temple Gopuram is made of Gold Plated and incarnations in the temple are unique and colorful. This temple attracts many Thai people too. Every Year this temple attracts too many people. This temple allows only Hindu people and Strictly no photographs inside temple. Images of Buddha attracts too many Thai people too.
We can see all normal prayers inside temple and all rituals performed same as in Indian temple. Rituals are performed by Indian Priests. Temple timing are from morning 6am - evening 8pm. The courtyard of temple is to be notified you can walk around the temple courtyard and enjoy the incarnations of temple but PHOTOGRAPHS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Thai people call this temple as TEMPLE OF GUEST cause this temple attracts too many people in around the world every year.so if any of you heading to THAILAND do visit this temple without fail.And last but not least wherever we go our Indian culture,Architecture always find a special place .
